Who can request a Statement of Contributory Situation?

Employees can request the Statement of Contributory Situation by visiting in person the Social Security service centre, or sending an email to <a href="mailto:seguranca.socialtl@gmail.com">seguranca.socialtl@gmail.com</a>.Employers can request the INSS to issue the Statement of Contributory Situation for their employees.Employees can request their Statement of Contributory Situation directly at any time, indicating their full name and NISS.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Mandatory Registration - Employees

ENIN can request the Statement of Contributory Situation by visiting in person the Social Security service centre, or sending an email to <a href="mailto:seguranca.socialtl@gmail.com">seguranca.socialtl@gmail.com</a>.The Statement of Contributory Situation is mandatory for ENIN if involved in public tenders, to celebrate any type of contract with a public entity, and to receive any subsidy or payment from the State in an amount greater than 5 thousand USD.When an ENIN already has a contract with a public entity and then there is a social security debt, the public entity retains up to 25% of the amount of the payment/subsidy due, and gives this amount to the INSS, for settlement or reduction of the social security debt. Exceptions to this rule are subsidies granted by the State specifically to create or maintain jobs, as well as support in the event of natural disasters.<o:p></o:p>
